Automatic forming of sweets and cookies
2500 Evolution model-maximum capacity production 2500 units of Brigadier, kisses and cajuzinhos/hour (being of 15 to 35 grams) and with variation of product weight of 15 grams to 100 grams.
-01 cylinder and piston type receiver Bucket, built in stainless AISI 304 material, with mechanical nut screw actuator for power and determination of sweet dough.
-support System with mechanical arm to hold the upper part of the piston system with motor gearbox, allowing disassembly only by removing the barrel.
-01 Head trainer built in die-cast aluminum and plastic nozzles sets 02 toilet (with sizes to be defined by customer).
-01 set of jaw (little ball to sweet) diaphragm type cutting with vertical movement, structured in cast aluminium with plastic sliding blades and back geared motor driven and eccentric unit with a variation of electronic frequency inverter cutting.
-Body in stainless steel AISI 304 brushed, structured built stainless steel feet. Supply voltage: 220 Volt-Biphasic pattern. (Illustrative photo).
